These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Career Stream platform ("Service") provided by Career Stream ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Poland. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 Career Stream is a platform designed to help individuals find jobs by automating the process of searching job boards based on user-defined criteria.

2.2 The Service allows users to define search criteria, including job preferences, and may search job boards to find matches. Users may also upload personal resumes for enhanced functionality.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your username, email address, and job preferences.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Career Stream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Payment and Subscription Plans

4.1 Career Stream offers a free tier and paid subscription plans that unlock additional features.

4.2 Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the Service will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing cycle.

4.3 Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

4.4 Inactive accounts may have personal data archived after 60 days of inactivity.

5. User Content

5.1 Users may upload personal resumes or other information necessary for job searches. By uploading content, you grant Career Stream a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for providing the Service.

5.2 You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Permitted Use

6.1 The Service is intended solely for job-seeking purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spamming or unauthorized activities.
• Upload malicious or inappropriate content.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

6.2 Career Stream reserves the right to terminate accounts used for non-permitted purposes.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

7.1 Career Stream collects limited personal data, including your username, email address, job preferences, and any data you choose to upload, such as resumes.

7.2 By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data for providing the Service. Please note that Career Stream does not currently have a separate Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, and content, remain the property of Career Stream.

8.2 You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.

9.2 Career Stream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Poland.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1 Career Stream reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be visible on the Terms and Conditions section of the website.

11.2 Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Career Stream may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service for prohibited purposes.

12.2 Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but these Terms will survive to the extent applicable.
